Wildgrave offers handmade bath and body products including soaps, bath salts, and other self-care goods.

All products are handmade in small batches. As a result, variations in colour, appearance, and scent may occur. These variations are natural and are not considered defects.

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, however slight differences may occur.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivity

Our products contain natural ingredients including essential oils and botanicals.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, please perform a patch test before use.

Wildgrave is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from product use.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We reserve the right to change product prices, discontinue items, or modify product availability at any time without notice.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Wildgrave shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the misuse of our products.

Products should be used only as directed and kept out of reach of children.
