Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Our products are handmade personal care items, and for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returned items once they have left our facility.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or dissatisfaction with scent preferences.
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
