Order Processing
All Wildgrave products are handmade and packed with care.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times will depend on the carrier and destination. Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the postal service and is outside of our control.
Please allow additional time for delivery during peak periods, holidays, or unforeseen postal delays.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
Wildgrave is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been shipped, Wildgrave is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. We will do our best to assist where possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging.
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve the situation.
